Thanks to the generosity of Spacesaver Interiors, there is now new shelving in the Archives! Last year their sales representative was here to discuss the purchase of a cabinet to house the many (some quite old) blueprints of the church. Thanks to a grant, the order for the cabinet was placed and subsequently Spacesaver came to measure the space where the cabinet would be kept. While there, they noted the need for more space in the Archives and offered nine shelving units to store the many items already in the office. All we had to do was pay for the installation of the shelving!

Just a note to let you know how terrific I think your Service Department is – [they are] so responsive and [your service manager and technician] are just so great at coming to help us out whenever we have a problem. Not only do they fix whatever is wrong, but they also check the surrounding areas to make sure everything is running properly. Just a few days ago, your service manager responded to a call to fix a problem in the stacks. Turned out it was our fault. He checked all [of] the other ranges in that room and found a few problems which he promptly fixed. He never shows any impatience which I think is very commendable.
