Thanks to the generosity of Spacesaver Interiors, there is now new shelving in the Archives! Last year their sales representative was here to discuss the purchase of a cabinet to house the many (some quite old) blueprints of the church. Thanks to a grant, the order for the cabinet was placed and subsequently Spacesaver came to measure the space where the cabinet would be kept. While there, they noted the need for more space in the Archives and offered nine shelving units to store the many items already in the office. All we had to do was pay for the installation of the shelving!

We had a mom come [in to the library] with her son who’s in a wheelchair. It was the little boy’s 4th birthday. [His] mom raved about the furniture in the kids room because today’s program was the first time he’d been able to participate…in an activity time with his peers because the tables [were] wide and tall enough for his chair to fit under, so he could [easily] sit at the table with the other kids instead of just next to it. THANK YOU!! You guys did a great job pulling together our new furniture and it’s very beautiful. But it’s all these little extras that are making it feel more like home.

Thanks for sending the [installation team over] for this project. They were professional, thoughtful and efficient. In less than two hours, they moved the cabinets from [one area to the other] with little to no issues [and] were responsive to the project and our needs. We were able to discuss any potential issues and concerns [with them] as we progressed through the project. They are a great crew to work with and I hope we will be able to schedule them for [our] next move. Thank you to your [leadership] and the rest of your staff for coming [by] for the site visit and scheduling the work.

Just a note to let you know how terrific I think your Service Department is – [they are] so responsive and [your service manager and technician] are just so great at coming to help us out whenever we have a problem. Not only do they fix whatever is wrong, but they also check the surrounding areas to make sure everything is running properly. Just a few days ago, your service manager responded to a call to fix a problem in the stacks. Turned out it was our fault. He checked all [of] the other ranges in that room and found a few problems which he promptly fixed. He never shows any impatience which I think is very commendable.

Thank you and your excellent [installation] crew for [completing] that safety upgrade. They were so efficient, considerate and professional in every possible way, to [ensure] that the work was done in a timely manner…[Leadership] and [your] wonderful [installation team] should be commended on a job well done.
